Thomas Family Cooking (TFC) is a full-service catering & meal prep company offering Southern and American cuisine to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and beyond.  Founded, Created and Prepared by Chef Sharon (Peachie) Thomas and the Thomas family who are well known for their array of fabulous food.  TFC was established by the popular demand of friends and family requests of specific foods which than initiated the conception of Thomas Family Cooking. 

The Thomas Family Cooking name was established to pay homage to our family name and involve our family members and their traditional family recipes as each elder has a special recipe to share for generations.  As we all know…You can have a recipe, but it is the special sauce from the cook that makes it special. FOOD is the catalyst for happy people.  FOOD & FAMILY = FUN!  No matter where you go…FOOD is a MUST!  Meals from the family table to the church dining hall to family functions…The Thomas family is locally known for a good meal.  In cultural tradition, families sold dinners and food to pay their bills…TFC just LOVES cooking soulful yet traditional dinners such as Smothered (ANYTHING), Fried Chicken or Fish, Collard Greens or Cabbage with Bake Macaroni & Cheese or Potato Salad…OR BOTH.  TFC = TRADITION! 

TFC enjoys vending and participating in festivals, events and pop-up shops to serve and deliver exceptional food to our communities.  We are currently available for all occasions such as private and corporate events, meal preps and personal chef dining.  Also…Offering a customized infused menu for every occasion for those who indulge. 

TFC intends to provide your palette with a flavorful journey.  Our exclusive yet familiar cuisine appeals to everyone and our mission is to feed your soul while taking your food experience to new levels accompanied by the visual aesthetics which is also vital to the overall food experience that we produce.
